Joe, you're right. The plane should have been ordered to return to the DR. Our Air Force should have been notified if the pilot didn't obey and kept that plane from entering US airspace.

kayakmama: I think you're right. Unfortunately, he probably doesn't have much more than $500 at his disposal. I gotta think that being here since '04 he knew what he was doing was seriously wrong and, as such, he ought to be deported, his visa cancelled, and he not be allowed to return to the US.

I don't think it would be a good idea to give anyone our drone technology. And forget giving the $1.5 billion per year for 5 years of our hard-earned tax dollars directly to Zardari or any other Pakistani bureaucrat. We have to have our people accounting for how it's spent.

Jerry, the bomber's father reported his concerns about his son to our embassy in Nigeria, not to someone in Langley. Our embassies are run by the State Dept. , not the CIA.
